Every order shipping to an address in the United States or Canada ships free, with no minimum.
Everywhere else
We ship to 28 countries in total. Rates for destinations outside the US and Canada are calculated at checkout based on your address, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address.
Duties and taxes
Orders travelling outside their origin country may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Those are charged by your local customs authority, not by us, and aren't included in the price at checkout.
Returns
Thirty-day money-back guarantee
Try it for thirty days. If your clothes don't come out fresher, email admin@shopkinhouse.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need the tin to be unopened — a guarantee you can only claim on an unused product isn't much of a guarantee. Use it, wash a few loads, and decide properly.
How to start one
- Email admin@shopkinhouse.com with your order number and a line about what didn't work.
- We'll reply with next steps within two business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank will usually take a further five to ten business days to post it.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives broken, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo along with your order number and we'll replace it. Don't wait for the thirty days — tell us straight away.
Cancelling an order
Get in touch as soon as you can. If it hasn't been packed yet we can usually stop it; once it's with the carrier it will need to run as a return instead.
